Wherever you find the new site it's got like 'World News' and stuff and a link to this site. I've produced a page about menstrual flow since it has become a topic on TV. I have produced a page about The Koran and Islam. You now have an oilslick and a pair of oiled swans in Locke Park. That's co-operation at it's finest. The police tip confiscated alcohol down drains, people follow suit and tip used engine oil down drains and the council don't clear up the spill eh voila- a special type of animal cruelty the RSPCA will be keeping very quiet about. The changing of the clocks is totally un-necessary. If Scottish parents want their children to walk to school in daylight then they should vote via the governors to have school start at 9.00 am of 10.00 am or whatever time they like. I will be told but the children's parents won't be available to take them to school at that time. They could start work later too. There is also the fact that parents who take their children to school in winter and then go on to work are likely to drop their children at school before school starts. The answer is not to change the clocks but to provide breakfast clubs. Changing the clocks is a King Canute type gesture We've changed the clocks and this will increase the amount of daylight. No it won't.

He doesn't provide any context for how the remark arose, so we don't really know for sure what was on Johnson's mind at the time. When police officers such as some senior officer in the soon to be defunct Cleveland Police in the UK say the likes ofAll a police Force needs to dominate a community such as Teesside is Common Sense and Powers of Arrest, they are saying Respectability should outrank intellect and knowledge and skill.I am saying - in the spirit of Johnson - Respectability is the last refuge of the moron. This leads to Honour Codes and Honour Killings. I have considerable experience of higher education in the UK and I don't know of any particular problem as in the US system of Hazing but it is a tradition from the past that in trades new apprentices suffered some sort of initiation ceremony. What happens 'On the Streets' is that in the absence of any marketable skills an ability and willingness to conform to arbitrary codes of dress and behaviour can be a matter of life and death.There are a couple of problems with this. One is care in the community in which psychotic behaviour is subject to being granted democratic validity if a sufficient proportion of a distinct small community subscribe to it. On the other hand, a government which focuses down on literacy and numeracy as the only education and training targets essentially validates the supremacy of a psychopath who can spell scissors over a deaf mute plumber.
